If you are not anyone i personally know, feel welcome too! These are my favourite Amsterdam routes and places selected according to my personal taste and lifestyle, which means this is the Amsterdam i want to show my friends and guests (rather than an extensive city guide).
This city is magic - if you happen to have a local showing you around, it will be perfect. If you don't have any friends here you can always invite someone for a coffee or a tour on couchsurfing. If you don't want any of that then simply keep open to people around you or simply enjoy yourself. I personally love travelling alone. It is relaxing and sometimes very spiritual.
